I Ordered the Wrong Parts by Mistake

We’ll exchange unused, standard items up to 14 days after your delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed or the items have been used, contact us & we will try to work something out specially for you. We’re here to help & we value your ongoing custom!

Special application units (which are made to your specific requirements or use) are usually non-refundable, but we’ll try our best for you. Let’s talk about it.

  • EUROPE – Orders over €500 the price includes FREE FedEx delivery to your door
  • OTHERS – delivery charge as quoted

Damaged or Delayed Order

Sometimes things go wrong – we’d be grateful if you can help us with photographs of:

  • damaged packaging &/or goods
  • labels on the box

Timeliness is everything – please help us by emailing these to us within 72 hours of your delivery. We’ll do everything possible to ship/replace any shortfall within 48 hours


2 Year Warranty

Activate your warranty online to record the start date of your 2 YEAR FREE WARRANTY. Ensure to activate your warranty within 6 months of despatch. In case of a claim we need to agree your application matches the intended use & that this conforms to the closest original product specification. We’ll organise replacements & shipping to you free of charge. If we can see a more suited product for your application, we’ll talk to you about favourable terms to help resolve your issue.


Refunds & Returning Your Order

This rarely happens – but if does:

  • Contact us with your order number, sharing application details & reason for return
  • We’ll issue you with a case ID & normally evaluate claims within 48 hours
  • Once we have agreed everything with you, we’ll arrange return shipping from you
